great service not best bank
Visiting in Davenport, FL. Made a deposit at this PNC. Bibi was the person who helped ne. She was awesome...so personable and helpful. Visiting this PNC was a delightful experience!
Worst bank I've ever used , Going back to Bank of America. I just can't take the rudeness and scams
I Absolutely love PNC Bank. I am from Michigan and moved to Winter Haven, FL and haven't switched banks even though the closest branch is in Champions Gate, FL 30 minutes away. I would rather make the drive to my PNC people. They have been so helpful with everything I have needed including paying off my car, depositing money from a Met Life account, changing my account numbers when I was worried about unauthorized transactions, assisting me with my credit and supporting my customer service needs. I just got off the phone with Brandy and she was really helpful. Keep up the good job PNC.
This branch is fine but PNC is the WORST bank I've EVER done business with. Do not open a PNC account.
