Beautiful hand wash and wax with the upmost attention to detail. Good customer service. However, if you bring a motorcycle, they will still charge you the same price as a car, even though they use less time and resources.
First time visiting this car wash. May be my last. Very nice establishment, lots of staff, and everyone hustled, but maybe too much. My brand new truck was treated to the $28 full service wash. 45 minutes later my truck was pulled up, I was handed my keys, and immediately noticed waterspots forming on the hood and doors. No no tire wet applied, and the tailgate and rear bumper were soaked still. I grabbed a towel from my truck and started wiping it down until I then noticed soap forming spots on my front grill. I grabbed a manager who was apologetic, and sprung right into action. They pulled my truck back into a bay for about 10 minutes. Once it was brought back to me, it looked better but still had waterspots, and tire wet caked on the tires. Naturally by the time I got home, the tire wet had sprayed off the tires and onto the sides of my truck. I pulled out towels and detail spray and got it up to my standards. Might as well have done the usual and run it through an $11 gas station wash and then on home to dry and detail it myself. Not sure why, but I even tipped $5. So $35 spent for me to waste an hour and then had to go home and detail it myself. Not impressed.
Always an impeccable job! Team is always very nice and courteous. I take my new car once a week.
Probably the best car wash within 20 miles. They're quick honest, thorough, and even Pleasant to deal with. The place is new, and well kept. They've got drinking candy options inside like most do.
I absolutely love this place, they sure take their time with every detail on every car. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here and I absolutely recommend this place to everyone out there looking for an awesome service. Sad that it's only cars and SUV's, I wish we truck drivers would be able to get a detailed service like this on our trucks and this location would be perfect for that specially because there's no truck wash around this area plus their equipment and experience it's a plus. Hopefully you guys think about it and biuld one.
