Everything in this house is falling apart. The knobs on almost everything were loose, the chairs are all literally about to come apart and the handles on all of the cookware are barely attached to the pans and are just unsafe to cook with. The front door was also barely attached.
A Few Things:
- The company web address - at the footer of each mail they send you is not even a website and is held by Go daddy. Its fake.
This was one of the worst experiences of our lives and it completely ruined our long planned-out Orlando vacation. The people renting these properties are slum lords. It was absolutely the worst experience and we have carefully documented everything to pursue the matter legally.

We also were told that this property was 15 minutes away from Disney World. We were easily 35 minutes away.
From the very beginning, nothing was pleasant or easy. When I tried to contact them, the said they would try to send someone to repair these things. That is impossible. The minute they knew something was wrong they forcefully wanted us to sign their waiver and refused to compensate us anything. I called them easily 10 times and the one time I spoke to the manager she said to me, " Don't you ever make mistakes"? They absolutely refused to help us and it clearly is their scam. Rent nightmare properties and tell you to kiss off. Again, here is a hosted link to the images we are using to pursue this company as VRBO will do nothing.
We were greeted by a full trash can with rotting trash sitting in an over 100 degree garage accompanied by a full recycling bin swarming with flies next to it. The smell of trash and spoiled food was billowing into the house and was just disgusting. We had to manually open the garage and roll the rotting trash outside and we could still smell it in the bathroom, and it was outside the house.
The "clean" towels had huge stains on them, the couch is absolutely foul, urine soaked and extremely dirty, and the shower does not even have a liner, only a curtain that is beyond appalling. Best of all both showers would not drain.
